Founder/Principal

MWI Workforce Institute &

M.E.N.S. Wear, Inc.

In 2004, out of a need she recognized in her own husband's job search journey, Angelia O'Neal founded M.E.N.S. Wear, Inc. to supply clothing for men to wear in interview and business settings. In 2008, the organization obtained its first contract. Toys From Daddy launched in 2010. From 2012 to 2014, M.E.N.S. Wear, Inc. was featured in various television/media outlets, which raised community awareness of the organization and the need, so operations were able to be established at Greenbriar Mall in 2015. Soon, another need became apparent: Men in underserved communities also needed educational opportunities in order to change and elevate their economic outlook.

In the spring of 2021, during COVID, the MWI Workforce Institute was born - as we brought on supporters and sponsors like Google, Microsoft, Spectrum and Haagar. Deep collaboration with local, regional and national workforce entities have enabled MWI Workforce Institute to strategically offer courses directly geared toward launching men and women into the workforce as skilled employees or entrepreneurs! Our skilled trades course tracks are also supported by companies looking to hire this caliber of professional. By providing community resources and an educational foundation and business clothing for men, MWI Workforce Institute can offer you the means to create financial stability and help launch you into the next phase of your educational journey.
